Wholesale Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship via USPS and provide tracking for all wholesale shipments.
Shipping costs are based on the subtotal amount of your order and are as follows for most of the year:
- subtotal under $500: $15
- subtotal between $500 and $999: $30
- subtotal between $1000 and $4999: $45
- prepublication orders of $5000 or greater have a 5% shipping charge
Each January, our wholesale calendars are discounted to $8 and the minimum order amount drops to $40. From January through spring planting, we do offer a shipping discount for refill orders:
- subtotal under $75: $8
- subtotal between $75 and $500: $15
In addition to the terms above, we are happy to offer free shipping to any existing wholesale client who contacts us to order by August 15 of each year AND to any new wholesale client placing an order with a subtotal of $250 or more.
The nature of our business means we get a lot of orders in a short span of time. As such, wholesale orders may take up to two weeks to process and ship. Once shipped, you will get an email with your tracking information and should receive your package in 2-4 business days.
Returns
Retail sales on our website are strong even into high summer!! So strong that we’re happy to offer returns for credit on future orders. If, after the spring planting rush has passed, you have unsold & undamaged calendars left over, follow the steps below to receive credit:
- Anytime in the month of June, contact us for a returns form and for our warehouse address.
- Print and fill out the returns form.
- Box up your unsold calendars along with the returns form.
- Send them to our warehouse via the carrier of your choice anytime during the month of June. You may want to purchase tracking or insurance if not included; credit will not be issued for missing or damaged shipments.
Returns will be processed and an email sent confirming the amount of your credit by July 15th. Credit will ONLY be offered for calendars which arrive at our warehouse dry, undamaged, and with a completed returns form. Please note you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any tracking or insurance.
